I bought bedding on account at homechoice in december; the special stipulated to buy from november and start paying end of february the following year. In december I received a call that my accountis in arears and I took a 16 month agreement with them. When I explained and contacted the agent I purchased the order from; she contacted them and confirmed that the issue was resolved. Today 17/01/2014 I received another call quering when I will be making payment so when I asked them about the agreement the lady then confirmes it was in february. However I got a reference check from one of the banks where I am applying for a home loan and they sent me acredit check report and homechoice has listed me for non payment; claiming that my account is in arears. I want homechoice to clear my name and then come to collect their bedding as I have never used it and will not allow them to ruin my cridibility like that.

Firstly we agreed on a six month deal starting end of february and I never skipped a payment.

This has affected my credit record and I do not want anything to do with Homechoice ever again
