I purchased a Defy B120 fridge in Feb 2013. From the start the freezer did not work. An engineer from Defy came out and told me that I should not put food in the freezer as it was only for ice cubes, directly contradicting the fridge's instruction manual. To 'improve' the freezer's ability to freeze my food the engineer pulled a cable out inside the fridge. Now at any setting below 2 everything defrosts, at any setting over 2 everything freezes - pathetic. I've left messages with the Cape Town call centre to call me about this but I'm still waiting...
