Missing online orde

I placed an online order on Monday and paid for it online. On Thursday I called to check up on my order as my online account said I had not placed an order. The lady told me it takes 48hours to capture online orders onto the system. I then called on friday and the lady informed me the order had not been placed as she could not find it. She asked me to pay for the order and I informed her I had made the payment online via their website and she said I needed to fax proof of payment. I faxed the proof of payment and the next consultant tells me it can take 5days to a few weeks to locate the payment I made and when found it will take up to 8weeks for me to get my order. This is rubbish how can I wait over two months for something to be delivered as im in the cape town area? How does a company even loose an order? This was my 1st experience with them and definately the last. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone
