I visited the Exclusive Wood store in Home Centre Springfield Park to look at patio furniture I had seen on their website.
I liked the 10 seater patio set and intended to order during the week.
Unfortunately I had a busy trip to JHB and didnt get around to ordering.
I called on Saturday at 09h00 and Regan told me they'd sold out but was waiting for new stock to arrive that day & could deliver the following week.
About an hour later he called me to say stock had arrived and he would deliver to my house the same day if I wanted. I said great I'd come over and pay or could I EFT. He said no sir, you sit back and relax, I'll come and deliver the patio set to you, I'll put it together for you and I'll bring the mobile machine so you can swipe your card if you're happy with everything!
Well, he did all of that before 12h00 so I could use the patio set the same day.
I am so used to shoddy service, that this came as a very pleasant surprise - well done Exclusive Wood, I am definitely buying more of your furniture.
