I have tried to login to my Identity account using the website several times in the last few weeks and have been unable to. None of the drop down menu's seem to be working.
I called your customer care number to report the issue and was told that there is no problem on the website and that it must be my connection, but this can't be the case as I'm able to login to all my other accounts from the same computer using the same connection.
