I have been waiting for 2 months for a query on my so called "leather lounge suite" to be resolved. My first complaint about the same matter was brought to the attention of Fielli Design in March 2012. The lounge suite had numerous defects, including poor workmanship and the "leather suite" started peeling. The lounge suite was subsequently collected by Fielli and masked with a black dye and returned to me. I mentioned to Fielli that if the problem persists, I will expect a full refund or a replacement. Gradually over a period of a year the condition of the suite worsened. I contacted Fielli Designs telephonically and followed up with an email to their customer service department on the 8th August 2013. I was assured that a leather specialist will be sent over to verify if the lounge suite was genuine leather or not. The representative sent by Fielli Designs advised that tests have to be conducted to establish the quality of the "leather". I have emailed the customer services department on numerous occasions thereafter requesting for feedback and the response i receive is that management has not made a decision. All I require is for Fielli Designs to resolve my complaint!
