I went to rage shop in sandton city no staff member wanted to help me even though i was the only customer in the shop. They chatted behind the counter and did not even offer to help with sizes. The lady that did the transaction was on her phone while helping me after I picked my own shoes paid i left the store. Soon after realizing i never received my change from rage that was R70.. I went back and asked for my change and the staff member was giving attitude and telling me she did give it even though she did not. She gave me the money and i left the mall. When i got home i open the boxes to show my mom what i bought i saw the assistant gave me the wrong shoes. I drove all the way back to sandton asked to see the manager she fixed the problem and gave me the right shoes but the shoes i picked were R4 more than the ones the assistant gave me and the manager was really mean and insisted i pay the R4 . After walking back since the assistant did not give me change, and i had to drive back to sandton from randburg - petrol, fixed parking at sandton and all that. I will not buy shoes at rage the staff and managers are rude and treat their customers with such disrespect.
