I bought an item at the branch which was damaged and I only later came to the realisation of this matter. I put the item in the bag which I believed was the slip fot the item, unfortunately it was for a different purchase. I went to the branch to return the faulty item. The manager was called, I explained to him that the item is faulty and could it be exchanged. He insisted on the slip. I could not provide it after which he exclaimed then how will I proved that - bought it at his store. I then told him he could check my card, he just looked at me without making any effort to assist. I know the item was not worth much, but you know what, a similar situation at your competitor, no slip, damaged good. Worth a lot more than the item bought at your store. Guess where I will be doing my shopping from now on.
