About 5 months ago i received a call from Nationwide Recovery to tell me i hadnt paid my Woolies store card, I said "nonsense!! " After doing some homework, I discovered that I have been paying into my loan account and not my store card in error. There is now a lovely credit in my loan account that was settled in 2010 and for the last 5 months, i've been trying to get Woolies to PLEASE transfer the credit into my store card and stop messing up my credit record... and after every call and every email, they say, "don't worry Ma'am we will have this sorted out"... and I am happy... only to receive a call a week later from Nationwide telling me that I need to pay my overdue store card account!! I'm so sick of Woolworths and there useless service!!! I am at my wits end!
