I have purchased a silver bracelet from NWJ jewellery store in Menlyn on 02 Jun 2013. The only reason I have purchase this item from NWJ was because American Swiss did not have it in stock.
I have had 3 bracelets both from American Swiss which I lost. I did not ever have a problem with the quality of the American swiss bracelets.
I'm greatly disappointed after purchasing the bracelet from NWJ as the SILVER BRACELET started turning bronze between the links.
18/08 I have sent the bracelet back to the store and explaining that I am very unhappy with quality and would like a cash back on the item. I even called the head office and explained my situation. They have confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the bracelet but in my opinion and experience I have never seen a sterling silver bracelet ever turn bronze. I do not want the bracelet back, I want my money back so that I can buy it from another store where it doesn't change colour. Head office confirmed that franchise will call me BUT I'm still waiting in frustration.
I am not happy with this treatment and I require urgent feedback.
I will never purchase any item from NWJ Jewelery - sorry!!!
