I am Very unhappy and terribly disappointed

I was retrentrenched from my previous company i always paid my account on time and i also had an account protection plan.when i was retrenched i had submitted all documents to the Durban Edgars branch, because i had taken the company i was working for to CCMA and eventually of nio joy had to close the case, at the time i was not issued with a case closed form., i did issue all my documents through to Edgars and also a letter explaining my odeal and what had happen.they kept telling me i needed the ccma case closed letter despite me giving them a retrenchment letter, they did not cover the cost of my account and i was blatently handed over to teh MBA, i am now being charges instrest on a acc i am not using, i want to know what happen to the protection amount i have being paying, if Edgars cannot cover my account then they should refund me for the years i have paid for account protection, they shouldnt be making easy money out of innocent people.i have been paying this account over a year now and it seems that nothing happening am i to pay for it my entire life, i want my account protection money back or someone needs to look into this and have my account settled or looked at.
