Roasting Vegetables

I have purchased two trays of Roasting Vegetables on two Occasions at Spar, the first time I roasted the Veggies for two hours and they never got soft no matter how high the oven was. I didn't complain as I thought that I miight have been the only packet with hard Veggies. Last Saturday the 20th of July I purchased the same packet of Veggies put them in the oven for an hour and a half, they still hard I take them from the oven put them in a pot and on the stove for another half an hour to cook and still the Veggies are hard!!! This has never happened before and it's terrible and I have spent about R70.00 on the Veg. Very Very disappointed
