On the 8th of May 2013 I bought a dining room suit and a toronto wall unit from Morkels and amazinsgly up to this far that I haven't received my staff. There hasn't been a phone call as to why. They only delivered half wall unit and contessa unit. What I identified in that branch is lack of leadership from the store manager, Mr Kok. He seemed to be so lost and not knowing what is going on. Kokstad Morkels failed to make even a call to inform us about their problem, why they could not deliver the paid up furniture. This makes me sick, because when consumers are in the grey area, then they will receive calls threathning them if the account is not paid in time. I've waited up to this far for my furniture..may be I must get my money back.
