My fiance bought an engagement ring from Sterns in May 2012 and I have had numerous problems ever since. The ring actually broke into two something I think has everything to do with the quality. I took it back to Sterns on 24 January 2013 and sterns advised me they would send it in for repairs. They tell me they will give me a quote for the damage. why should I pay for their incompetence? I don't think I should pay for a broken ring, infact I don't think a good QUALITY ring should be broken in less than a year. with that being said I am still waiting for someone to call me and tell me whats going on. everytime I call I get an excuse, the latest one being that they cant call me coz their phone isn't working. what kind of pathetic excuse is that? I need to know if Sterns will fix my ring or refund me my money. I am tired of calling them. I spoke to Advice who said the manager is Zurich, and I still haven't been able to get through to this manager.
