Wrong delivery was collected

I r ecieved the wrong order of my pots, i did inform home choice, They did collect the pots back on the 23 of January, But since then nobody have contacted me and tell me they did recieve back the pots and how long will it take them to send the pots again,
I would like them to phone me and tell what is happening? and how long must i wait? Or must I just forget about that order, Because i cant buy anything now as i have planned for the instalments of this delivery which seems like its taking forever to come
