I bought a voucher a while back for a photo shoot. Upon trying to book the shoot, the photographer responded by saying that they are unable to fulfill the voucher due to technical difficulties. Furthermore, the photographer advised me to contact Daddy's Deals directly to request a refund as I am protected under the Consumer Protection Act. On 24 April 2013, I contacted Daddy's Deals to explain the situation and request the refund. Anna Nel, a customer service representative, responded by saying that the refund will be processed within the next 24 hours. On 2 May 2013, I checked and surprise, surprise the refund was not processed! To date, I have not heard anything from them despite following up...
This is absolutely shocking service! It also appears if I am not the only one if I look at all the complaints logged against Daddy's Deals... This has been the longest 24 hours in history!
