I purchased a Guess purse from the gateway branch thinking of it as a lifetime purchase. It appears that the purse has a very thin coating and it has peeled off everywhere - really badly, it is sooo shappy in appearance now and just not what one would expect from the Guess label, or with the high price paid for the goods, one would expect it to be genuine leather.
I wonder if the company would replace it?
