Okay its been 2 weeks AGAIN, we went to Bears and was told, they cant get stock, we looked at other bedroom suits and picked one that they (Witbank branch) said they have stock and it should be delivered before Thursday this week, and that the manager will phone to confirm everything, oh by the way the new one is R400 cheaper than the one we originally wanted. I just got off the phone from Thabazimbi Branch asking whats happening because we have no feedback from them or Witbank, well needless to say, they still cant give me answers, because NOBODY, knows whats going on, apparently Thabazimbi and HelloPeter and head office are working on this and that i should be patient. Why on earth should i be patient, i paid for the stuff so why all this runaround from people who clearly dont know what they are doing. Please Help we are moving to our new home on Sunday and would like to have everything settled before then.
