I bought my husband a lovely watch for Xmas and before I paid for it I checked that they can adjust it smaller for him and I was told yes he can just come in. My husband went there early January and was told to go somewhere else. He didn't have the time to go elsewhere and was given no explanation why they couldn't adjust it for him. I called and asked to speak to a manager and Nadia told me the manager is not there. I told her to get hold of him and get him to call me but she said she can't get hold of him? So I asked her what the story is. She said they don't gave the right tool and will order it, it would get there the next day and she will call me. No call for 2 weeks? I called yesterday and she said the tool arrived the day before. I said ok so we can come Sunday? No she tells me the manager won't be there and he is the only one that does it. She then tells me the manager never works weekends? My husband works, he can't exactly take time of to adjust a watch strap and he needs to be there to have it adjusted. What sort of store never has a manager available? As far as I am concerned you can have your watch back.
