I went to clicks with my sister buy some stuff at clicks and when we got to the till she was told her cheque card declined and she swiped her credit card and still it was declined and she didnt hv cash so she askef me to pay and we will withdraw when we leave the store. When we get to the atm we realise the bank did take the money anf the sms from the bank also reflected. We immediately went back to the store and we were told there is nothing they can do maybe the money will be refunded within two days and if not we must bring a bank statement and the question is who will pay for it since its the store mistake. We requested they check their record to say why the cashier said declined caz on the machice it said authorisation ok and pls remove the card and they then said it doesnt not reflect. I feel we were treated bad caz while waiting for help they kept on just whispering and laughing. Kindly assist us caz this situation has inconvienced us badly
