Brilliant Service!

Just before Christmas I went into Edgar's in Killarney to use my birthday voucher from Edgar's.

There was a queue at the till - so rather than wait, I looked around and caught up with the manager on duty, Baba Linda. I checked the use of my voucher with him and he said, "If there are any hassles, just ask them to call for me".

Great!

But it gets even better than that! When I got to the till, he was already waiting there for me - WOW! Is that great service or what?

I haven't always had good service from Edgar's - so I wanted to share this with others and to say to Baba Linda "Thank You So Much! " and "Well Done Edgar's! Staff that really care about the customer! "

I was blown away by a brilliant shopping experience.
