I have purchased two products from the Clinique counter at the Edgars in Festive Mall. Both products are sitting in my home unused because the ladies at the counter have failed to get back to me on the correct product. In both incidences they promised that as soon as the correct product is available they will call me so I can come in and exchange the products they recommended which dried up my skin terribly. It's been about 3 months now and every time I go in they is either no one to help me or the product is still no available.
