Poor customer service

In 2012 I purchased a lounge suite which I financed through hire purchase, I paid a deposit. Two weeks later I went to the store to settle thae account. The Indian lady at the cashier assisted me and assurred me that I owed nothing to them. Months later I received a bill informing me that I stilled owed money, I went into the store and advised the lady and she told me that she will sort out with head office as their systems changed. Months later I still received the bill n went into the store again. She advised me that she will send correspondence to head office. To date nothing has been done as they have now listed me to ITC, I am appalled by this as it it 2yrs now. I cannot obtain finance due to my name being erroneously listed.
