DOCUMENTS FOR FICA TAKEN TO THE STORE 3 TIMES

Last year my husbands Jet account, I'm the secondary card holder, was blocked due to FICA. I took both my husband and my documents to Jet in Springs. A few months later my account was blocked as they needed a new proof of residence. I took the document in and my block was removed. When I wanted to purchase at Edgars in January they told me the account was blocked again. They needed my another proof of address for my husband and my I.D. book. I took the documents to the store about 9 days ago. When I phoned Jet's call centre yesterday, Lebohang checked my account and told me they have received all the documents and that they were approved and the block had been removed. I went to Edgars this morning and after about two hours of shopping and another 50 minutes of standing in a line with only 2 cashiers I was informed that my account was still blocked. I had to go to Customer Services and they phoned somebody, but eventually I had to leave because they could not sort out my account. I phoned Customer Services again and was told that the proof of Residence I took in (dated 28/12/13) was too old. Please assist me this service is pathetic!!!
