Over December and January I visited Totalsports in Alberton City.. Each time that I have entered the store the music has been so loud that when the shop assistants come to ask if you need any assistance, I cant here them. I couldn't here the lady behind the counter either when I went to pay, I asked her if she could please turn the music down, i cant hear her. She asked on of her colleagues, he commented something and just laughed, he didn't go turn the music down. During this time a call came in and the Manager come to the phone, when he was done I asked him if he could hear what the other person was saying on the other side of the line as earlier that morning i had called the store to see if they had the item that I was looking for, i eventually put the phone down as I could not hear the person and then I drove there to see if they had what I was looking for. The Manager then asked for someone to go and turn down the music. The music is so loud in the store that it makes it unpleasant to shop, each time i go in that store i ask them to turn it down, and all you get is a bit of bad attitude, couldn't be bothered. Its not even nice music and the loudness makes it worse.
