My mum took a new contract for a laptop with data for my daughter on 24/11/2013. There were no modems in stock at the time and we agreed that I can be contacted when stock is available. Got a call in Dec '13 to inform of stock availability & I would have gone to collect on 27/12/2013 but due to unforseen circumstances did not make it. Went in on Sat 18/01/2014, and got told that there is no stock again and I'll be called. I requested that the modem be sent to me as I cannot go into Game only when it suits them, was told that I must pay for delivery. What kind of service is this? I have been patient and have waited, only to be told to wait longer. In the meantime, Vodacom is getting their money since end Nov 2013 but I cannot use the services without the modem. When can I expect to get the modem, can it not be requested from another branch. I refuse to go again to Centurion mall to collect, it must be sent to me.
