Taking their time to process a credit

I purchased a tent on-line, and it was delivered within 2 days, all good. I removed the tent from the bag that afternoon and rolled it out to inspect that all was fine before I go camping with it. My wife and I quickly realised that this tent we ordered was way to small for our family, even though its advertised to fit 8 people. Maybe it can fit 8 10year old kids yes!! anyway, I packed it back into the box in which it came and requested a return/exchange from takealot, I was very surprised and astonished by the excellent service I had been receiving from them, they picked it up the very next day, and that was where the drama has started, I have ordered the larger tent on-line and before paying for it I am waiting for my credit, the new tent costs R1200 more, so its not as if they loosing out here, but I am still waiting for my credit. its been 3 days and still I do not have my credit, I am camping in 3 weeks, and I will probably have to cancel my family's holiday, due to selling my old tent and as the new tent will only be delivered within 15 to 20 working days. Takealot you have really outdone yourselves the last 3 days, you have gone from great service to service.
