ITC UPDATE

I paid, updated and closed my account with Edgars over 8 months ago. I decided to check my credit report with experian this morning only to find that my ICT record has not been updated and that i am 4 months in arrears. im currently trying to get credit elsewhere at the moment. So i called the call center to request a letter confirming that i paid and closed the account and i was told i will get the letter in 24 to 48 hours. My potential credit provider is waiting for this letter and i fear time will run out. I need the Letter ASAP
