In June 2013, Edgars approched me with a "discount" on my outstanding account. We agreed on an amount of R1 074.43 to be paid over 3 months. They wanted R358.14 on the following dates 21.06.2013, 19.07.2013 and 06.09.2013. The payments I made were 5 payments of R179.07 and last payment of R179.08 on the following dates 14.06.2013, 21.06.2013, 05.07.2013, 19.07.2013, 23.08.2013 and 06.09.2013. The reason being is that I get paid weekly. Now they are harassing me to make payment as the payment I made was not R358.14 but R179.08. They are not interested in any explanations, faxes, mails and do not look at payment history AT ALL. Please help me sort this out as they want to blacklist me.
