I received a bracelet as a Christmas gift. On 27th December it fell off my wrist. A pin in the bracelet had fallen out. For a R800 product I would have expected the bracelet to last longer than two days. I then returned the bracelet to the Guess Centurion Mall branch on 30 December. The lady working there initially told me they had a no return policy on jewellery. After demanding to speak to a manager and after some eye rolling at me the lady contacted her area manager. It turned out that the policy applied only to earrings. The bracelet was then exchanged for one of a different design. Surprise, whilst wearing the new bracelet on 18 January it also fell off my wrist. This time one of the links failed. This link is much smaller than those of the rest of the bracelet. I am totally not impressed with Guess bracelets and I have no desire to face more negativity from their staff.
