Makro - Where is Your Customer Service???

I purchased a Trojan Treadmill from Makro 4 and a half months ago. It has been booked twice for repairs, job no JC/JHB-41933 on the 2nd January and subsequently on the 9th January under job JC/JHB-42094. The machine works for two days thereafter and stops... again. M5 promised to send a technician out on Friday for the third time however since then nothing has transpired, no technician or callout. Called Makro customer care and they refer me to M5. Called M5 and explained that it has been repaired twice and I will not accept a third repair!! What do they do... refer me back to Makro!!! This is so frustrating!!! What does it take to get service that you paid for??? Clearly M5 and Makro have no idea... I will no longer be willing to accept another repair attempt, you have had two opportunities to rectify, what can you differently this time around. Makro please replace or refund me for the purchase. I bought this machine from Makro and not M5!!!
