On Friday 17 January 2014, I purchased a fridge for my domestic worker as a gift. Delivery was promised for the next day (Saturday 18 January 2014).
As of today, 21 January 2014 the fridge has still not been delivered, and nobody has bothered to make a phone call to explain why.
This is disgusting, as my domestic worker has stayed at home waiting for the delivery, and has now missed 2 days of work in case the fridge arrives.
