Damaged goods and HORRIBLE after sale service

My husband purchased a Dolce & Gabana Light Blue gift set from Clicks Cavendish on 26 Dec 13. I love this perfume, that's why my husband bought it for me. But seeing as this gift set was on sale I have a hunch we purchased a "dud". It smells like nothing, when I ask my husband to smell it he says it smells like clay. This is highly DISSAPOINTING. I spray it on & as soon as I walk out of the bedroom, the smell is gone. The oil is noticeable in my neck, but no smell.

I've tried layering the perfume with the body cream, still nothing.

I've sprayed a tester on me, & I could still smell it the following day.

To add insult to injury, today I went to Clicks in Tygervalley & was told by the "assistant" that unless I have my husband's Clicks clubcard she can't help me, when she found out we purchased it from Cavendish, it was a big NO NO!

Saying we should rather go to Cavendish, otherwise Tygervalley's Clicks suffers a financial loss!

A faulty item isn't Clicks' fault, but Clicks isn't willing to assist to resolve the issue.

I'm stuck with a full bottle of perfume that I'll never use. Wasted money. Where is the savings?

So disgusted with Clicks' assistance. No after sale service.
