Food contamination at Woolworths

We have purchased a couple of packages of Butternut Ravioli at Woolworths and we found about half of the Ravioli being dirty with grey and black streaks.

Also the black foam trays give off loads of small foam particles which can be seen on the sausages, fish and chicken packed in those foam trays.

That has by far nothing to do with food safety. At Woolworths one would think he/she would get good quality for the money, but that is not the case at all.
