ONLINE BUYING A NO NO @ EXCLUSIVE BOOKS

I bought a book on line from ECLUSIVE BOOKS, on the 8 January 2014, a week later a tried calling their "Call Centre" number on 011 798 0111 but the phone were just ringing after several attempts i gave up I merely wanted to track my purchase manuelly because you cant do it on line, however that is not a problem I then phoned today 20 January 2014 after calling another number because their callcentre number is still not being answered, I was told I should have "looked at a particular number" on their online service to see where the book is sourced from to ascertain when I CAN EXPECT DELIVERY!! THIS IS, IF YOU DONT HAVE THE BOOK SAY SO I AM NOT A BUYER FOR EXCLUSIVE'S BOOKS I BUY FROM YOU! however this might change now I DONT BELIEVE IN THIS DAY AND AGE WHERE THINGS HAPPEN SO FAST I MUST WAIT CLOSE TO A MONTH FOR A BOOK!!! I AM VERY VERY DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED IN EXCLUSIVE BOOKS!!! POOR SERVICE, they dont even email you a tracking report on your purchase??
