I went into Game Cresta on Thursday 9 Jan. I queried about the 60x90 dirttrapper mat which was still not in stock. This was my second time in store looking for this item. I took the price tag to the info counter only to be then informed that the stock is discontinued for this store (so much for efficiency, keeping a price tag on the shelf for weeks when the staff know the item is no longer in stock for this branch). I asked 1 of the staff to check which stores have stock and to kindly get the item delivered to cresta. The staff member checked the stock and informed me that Northgate has stock. He called the store to enquire about the stock. I required 2 mats. The staff member took down my details and said he would call by Monday. It is now more than a week since I visited the store and still no word. Clearly not an efficient store.
