Replacement and great attitude

I purchased a rib eye steak which ended up being off and I first received a call within 24 hours after I complained from head office (Quinton), so it was great that the turn around time was so short! The entire complaint was handled so well. Shortly after, Clinton (head butcher at the Muizenberg branch) called me to give me a number of reasons of why this could have happened (probably left at a till when a customer changed their mind and shelf packers hadn't thought about it when putting it back in the firdge, thus breaking the cold circuit) and stressed the great measures they go to ensure top quality meat (which is usually the case - I always purchase my groceries and meat here and I'm thrilled with the products). He then offered for me to come in and see the meat prepared and get a replacement steak. I arrived later that afternoon to be met by Thomas, the branch manager, who was all dressed up in health and safety gear and sussing out the butchery himself! And promptly handed over not 1, but 2 massive ribeye steaks! Wow.

Also, throughout the process (Quinton - Clinton - Thomas), all were so helpful and essentially my complaint was handled flawlessly. First class service!
