On 19/01/2014 I was standing outside the makro in germiston for an hour just to get a credit note for a bad product that was sold to me. I returned the product on the 2 january 2014 and was phoned on 17 january 2014 for a credit note. I had to stand in the line while only 2 people were helping the - 30 customers in front of me. With people bumping against you to get out of makro because the line was blocking the exit.
