On 07/01/2014 a black nail polish broken by one of the customers was spilled on my niece's tackies. I spoke to Patiricia on replacing the tackies as the nail polish had stained the grey coloured from the tackies. We were offered a nail polish remover but it could not be removed. I requested that the footage of the incident be viewed as Pumeza one of Clicks employees insisted that the nail polish was broken by one of nieces. Patricia assured me that she will return to me about the matter as she had consulted with Nadiema the store manager.
Since I had received no response by 13/01/2014 I phoned her again to enquire about the outcome of the camera footage and what the decision was in replacing my niece's tackies. She informed me that they the the camera footage has not been reviewed, as they are not allowed to do it but their head office. She informed me that she will return to me, but all in vain. Today is 18/01/2014 and I am still waiting for the outcome of who broke and spilled the nail polish and who is going to replace my niece's tackies
