I bought a pair of shoes @ Rage Bay side yesterday. I wore the shoe about 30 minutes then I took it off, because the shoe was uncomfortable and my toes are bruised. I took back the shoe today for an exchange, and there I was told about policies which were never explained to me when I purchased the shoe. And now all of a sudden, I can't return the shoe coz I've worn it. How was suppose to know that the shoe will hurt my toes without wearing it?! I am furious and very disappointed by the way I have been treated. I've been misinformed, to and cheated. And the only visible on their till slips is, I quote "return with a valid receipt within 7 days- refund only on faulty goods within 6 months" nothing about if u wear the shoe you can't return it. And my shoe is not even a day old. I left the shoes @ their stores because I don't know what I'm gonna do with an uncomfortable shoe, they must change their manufacturers for all I care. And stop making their problems customers problems. I don't want my money back I just want another shoe a better one. ANGRY CUSTOMER!!!
