6 months of endless complaints and promises from Russells, They claimed they will be picking up the damaged furniture and its the second time they failed to deliver. Terrible quality and even worse after sale service! I have heard so many excuses as to why the drivers and inspectors could not come around, even had my wife sit at home for 2 days after they told us they were coming but never did.
