Pathetic Customer Service on & Lack of interest!!

My husband and I bought Titan Mountain Bikes from Cajees Cycle Corner in Boksburg in November 2013, firstly what a mission to get my bike as they had to get it from the Centurion branch. When they say they will phone you, trust me they never will as I have had to follow up on each instance! Eventually after almost 2 weeks I finally got my bike after again phoning them to follow up instead of the other way around.
We have not even had the priveledge of doing 50km on our bikes when in December 2013 my husband's brand new Titan Cruz Mountain Bike chain snaps. As this was the first day of our holiday hoping to train at the coast for an upcoming race in February 2014 we had the chain fixed for R300.00. With the next trip his entire pedal fell off. Frustrated at the poor quality of this brand new bike we brought it back home in this condition to the store we purchased it from with all the slips and the broken chain. For 2 weeks my husband and I have had to constantly phone them for an update. The feedback we recieved is that this was due to "wear and tear" and that they actually want to charge for this service. They did not even bother phoning when the bike was ready to collect for a week!
