Samsung refuse to service a faulty fridge

On the 5th November 2013 I reported to House and Home Roodepoort that the Samsung fridge I purchased from them with an extra warranty and insurance that the fridge is faulty, it makes a funny noise, it heats up on the side, the one side has dents and when we increase the fridge coldness the inside side carriers crack, they have logged a call with Samsung ref no: 711 214 0239 but Samsung refuse to come out to assess the fridge nor fix the fridge, I now want to return the fridge to House and home for a full refund as this is now unacceptable as I paid allot for the fridge, this is such bad customer service, House and home now called me back stating that Samsung has now closed this call ref as they could not get a hold of me which is so strange cause every time house and home called me the call came through. I want Samsung and house and home to replace this fridge or I will get my attorneys involved now.
