Clover Milk left a sour taste in my mouth

Complaint lodged on to Clover via email on 13-01-2014.
I purchase a 2lt bottle of Clover The One milk with the expiry date of 20 Jan 2014, however after opening the bottle of milk on the 13-01-2014 i found that the milk was sour! Usually i let these sort of thing go and just throw the milk away, however because i had done this just a week prior to this second bottle being sour!! I thought it best to make a complaint. This is a serious quality issue and is unacceptable!
