I have cash purchased the following items at Geen and Richards Vereeniging: On the 18th of November 2013 I have cash purchased 9 items Geen and Richards Vereeniging, it was agreed for the goods to be delivered on the 2nd of December 2013 to our new home, the delivery truck came at 23:10 at night we stayed up while assembling until 3am seating on the bricks and the order was incomplete, missing 5pce Meridian Bed Room Suite. After almost two weeks the 5pce B/R/S arrived late at night on the 14th December again incomplete they couldn't assemble it as some pieces were missing they dump it and left they promise to come the next day to fix it, they never did. We had a black Christmas with the wooden pieces lying on the floor we had to cancel our holiday bookings while waiting for delivery, my kids were crying to miss out. We have been bulled around enough now, even the Customer Care is not helping us, have bad attitude ref: 200397 we are being told to go back to the store Manager all the time. Poor Customer Service and bad attitude. All we want is the items to be collected and funds to be refunded.
