I went shopping today, Monday the 4th of February.
A lot of the items was OUT OF STOCK. No oil on the shelves and everything was SUPER filthy! There was NO prices on the shelves! I took 2 tubs of butter, the price on the shelve was R18.99. When I got to the till to pay, the price scanned R24.99. I went back to the shelve to get the price tag it disappeared! I complained to both managers, who told me there was no price on the shelve, that is NOT true!
I complained to both managers who had endless excuses!
This was the WORST shopping experience I EVER had at any Pick and Pay! I have my own catering company and always shop at P&P. But after today's experience... I doubt that I would want to go back there! I had to drive all the way to Checkers to finish my grocery shopping!
