Good day. I made a purchase in December 2013 for an amount of r550. Since I did not receive my statement, I paid R100 on 5-01-2014 as I. thought because my purchase was on a six month plan, I would be required to pay around. R100. A few days later after paying, I fetched my mail and there I saw I needed to. pay R143.

Today somebody calls me from Truworths. She said my account was in arrears for an. amount of R189. I said ok I'll pay that at the end of this month. She says to me Truworths needs an immediate payment, I told her I'm unable to get to a truworths. store immediately, she then goes on to tell me that I must set up a debit order immediately so they can debit the money.
I said to her I don't have a bank account as I'm not working and my husband provides for me financially. Again she requests an immediate payment. She got me totally mad. I cut the call on her.
Thereafter I phoned Truworths customer care and told them that I want to make a payment arrangement, the lady that helped me was so kind. She only requested my details and the date I was going to pay on. Simple as ABC.
Honestly some of your call centre staff do like they own T
