I have spent 15 minutes holding on the phone while the operator promises to put me through to the relevant department. 3 times she came back to me saying, "I've found someone who will help you now, " then she puts me on hold for 5 minutes and then comes back on the line and says exactly the same thing. 3 phone calls, 3 times I have received the same response. almost 40 minutes on the phone to Bayside Checkers and I still do not know if they have stock of the car-bike-carriers that they had in stock a while ago.
Is it really that difficult to find someone in the store who knows? 40 minutes... really?
