Elderly pensioners wanting to make extra bucks by selling ice cream - they buy a Logik Deep freeze from Game Westgate - guess what it doesnt work! Thermostat doesnt switch off. Up and down we go taking it back - we get another one - SURPRISE SURPRISE - it doesnt work - this is now the 2nd one - again the inconvenience of getting someone to help them take it back and collect another one. We are now day 2 and GAME wants to now charge a delivery fee in the meantime the ice cream stock the elderly lady has bought has been destroyed with this whole circus. Try and phone the Westgate branch to speak to the store manager - oh wow I am now trying for the 3rd time - it does not get answered it just rings and rings and rings - the 1st time I was cut off! How can they treat pensioners like this. It is just unacceptable.
