Just over a year ago we bougt a bed from Decofurn. During December 2013, one of the panels of the bed snapped. Earlier in January we contacted Decofurn and Wentzel indicated that there were only two replacement panels available, but both of them had small marks on them. I was fully prepared to pay for the repacement part collected on 11 Jan, but Wentzel supppied the panel to us free of charge. What a surprise. Good going Wentzel and Decofurn. You will definately see us again.
